The recessed meeting of January3rd is continued tonight at 7:14 p.m..

Those present were: Mayor Bob Cunningham, Trustees Wendy Piekielniak and Lisa Beagle.

Also attending was Attorney Jim Moseman.

Jim spoke to the Board of the passing of Myron Buck. His daughter has been in touch with Jim and his son contacted Wendy as to the clean up of his property.

Jim discussed the income survey. The median income for the whole Village was $17,604.00. This is with 194 responses.

Jim spoke of the Adirondack Drilling bill. He said the amount that we should be concerned with is the $1,080.00 that was the bill for Clemmons' site drilling. If they will send us a voucher we will pay it.

Chris Nash will do the perimeter survey and he will add $300.00 to his original fee. It was discussed that the survey should be here within ten days.

Lisa Sikes has only received 27 returns with only 5 eligible. Lisa wants articles on any Sewer articles.

Wellhead Protection Plan was discussed. It was decided to have a meeting with the few affected by this plan the most.

The meeting with the Fire Company and Tom was held. It was decided to have more meetings with them to stop some of the problems ahead of time.

The floor was opened for the Caucus nominations at 7:14.

Wendy nominated Stephen for the position of Trustee for a two year term.. Seconded by Lisa.

Mary nominated Lisa to the position of Trustee for a two year term. Seconded by Wendy.

The floor for nominations was closed at 8:50 p.m.

The Board discussed whether or not they could lower the sewer rents or not. It was decided that because we have to change the sand in two beds this year, that we are unable to lower the sewer rents.

Lisa made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:26. Seconded by Wendy. All approved and carried.
